And it wasn't even with horses or hockey... :'< I'll tell you from the start... -story mode on-

We played dodgeball yesterday in PE.

I got an adrenalin rush.

I thought I could catch a ball thrown a metre to my left.

Never try to catch a ball thrown a metre to your left. o.o;

It slammed into my fingers and bent them back. Hurt. Like. Hell. DX

I thought the pain would go away, but it stayed. So I told the teacher, and she said to put an ice pack on it, 'cause I staved it.

I texted my mum to tell her, and ask if I could sit out hockey after school, but she said to go on. So I did, even though I could hardly hold the stick.

I came home, realising suddenly the whole of my ring finger had swollen to twice the size it should be.

So, we went to hospital to get it checked out.

Turns out I broke off part of the volar plate (bottom part) of my ring finger, which means it'll always be slightly swollen and I may never be able to bend the finger fully up or down again. o.o;;;

It won't affect art or anything, since it's my left finger and I'm right handed, but it's all bandaged up, so I can't type as fast and it makes drawing slightly harder. Dx

First time I broke a bone. 8D;;;

Note to self - NEVER EVER PLAY DODGEBALL AGAIN. EVER. D8

I'm actually not that pissed - I get to miss out PE lessons with some of the horrible teachers until Christmas. >3< So, yeah.
